From skeptic to believer

A pleasant surprise was the location, allowing easy strolls to the falls or nearby local eateries. The ambiance was inviting, making our time spent enjoyable.

The conditions of the room were shocking. We found stains on the sheets and an overall lack of cleanliness, clearly not what was expected.

The location was nice, and we were able to

explore the area thoroughly by foot. The historical cemetery was a surprising touch, enhancing our understanding of the local history. However, the room could use better soundproofing, as we heard noise from neighboring guests.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting trip in Niagara Falls with best value. The bathroom needs serious cleaning, but it was easy to walk to the falls. Avoid at night due to the surrounding sketchy area.

Somewhat accommodating but uncomfortable stay

During my stay for one night in the Standard King Room with Jacuzzi, I found Anant, the staff member, to be quite helpful despite several issues. However, the overall cleanliness was poor, and I did not feel entirely safe due to the presence of permanent residents. The atmosphere did not match the price we paid, and improvements in maintenance and security are definitely needed.
